Loved loved loved the restaurant. The staff were incredible with my sister who has celiac. They went above and beyond to accommodate her for breakfast. We were very grateful and cannot say enough about them. They were wonderful.

The staff and customer service was really good specially when you are in a province where you are not fluent in their language. But we did not feel this barrier even for a single minute of our stay .

Very nice decor and loved the openness and different t areas for seating. Rooms were nice and modern and beds comfy. Staff super friendly and helpful each time we needed anything.

The location was fine for travelling by car into Montreal. The breakfast was good, for a chain hotel. We were able to get dinner here, which was a big bonus after a busy day sightseeing, and it was very good and reasonably priced. The staff were all very nice and helpful.

The property is well kept and clean. The staff diligently sanitizes the public areas such as the elevators, lobby, etc. we very much enjoyed the pool area. The staff is great! they are all hard workers and super friendly. the general manager stood out as he’s always there to support his staff and the guests. one front desk staff stood out to me when we checked in, unfortunately I didn’t get his name.

This was my second visit to this accommodation, and I am willing to visit again with my children. It is quiet and very comfortable for the family to stay together.

Food was good but the servers are not conveniently accommodating. There could gave been more information posted near the entrance. We did not know who to approach as we only have 2 vouchers and we are 4 who wants to avail of the breakfast, like how much per person and where to pay.
